Dog loving friends of the Pub, it is with a sad heart that we must inform all of you that the Seattle Health Department has forced us to only allow Service Animals into our establishment. From this moment on we are required to ask everyone with a dog if it is a Service Animal. Even as we have proven six years without incident, combined with the countless establishments that also remain a healthy place to dine with dogs present, we must follow regulations as laid down by local and federal legislators. Our apologies to all our friends that are put off during this adjustment period, we hope to continue seeing your smiling faces and hearing about your pups
With that nonsense out of the way we would also like to remind you of all the great reasons to visit the Pub...
We take such pride in our menu but for the moment we drop our humility to talk about some of the items we believe to be the best in Seatte, like our Cajun Gumbo. A nicely spiced dark brown roux over jasmine rice and loaded with chicken, andouille sausage, shrimp, okra and a crawdaddy makes our gumbo "as good as you find in the deep south" according to our Southern friends. We would also put our Jager Schnitzl up against any you might find anywhere. Flattened and lightly breaded pork loin laid over warm red cabbage and our award winning Spaetzle, topped with a delicious mushroom cream sauce, our Schnitzl has been a staple of our menu for over six years now. We could go on about our amazing jumbo hot wings with it's out of this world spicy buffalo sauce or our creatively delicious Baked Avocado stuffed with Dungeness Crab, covered in our house Verde Salsa or even our house made soups including the best Tortilla Soup you've ever had anywhere but we will leave it up to you to take a look at our menu and see that we put a ton of effort into making everything we do as good as or better than anyone else.
Call for reservations or just come on in with friends, family or by yourself. You're never alone when you're at The Belltown Pub.
