The Cajun Chicken and Seafood Gumbo with deep brown roux adds a rich complement to the traditional bevy of prawns, chicken, crawfish and okra; ZED’s razor-thin pastrami sandwich will have you wondering if you’re still on Pacific Standard Time; and the magnificent French Dip with Red Wine Jus slays other versions.
